Makes around 30 patties.
2kg minced beef
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 cup homemade tomato sauce
4 eggs, lightly beaten
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and then shape mixture into patties, and snap-freeze on trays in freezer. Store in freezer bags until required.
